The Ethnocultural Council of Manitoba (ECCM) strives to empower, inspire, mobilize and support ethnocultural communities in Manitoba.

We provide a forum for our members to generate collective knowledge, ideas, information, resources, strategies and inspiration to create communities where all people are valued and welcomed.

As a collective voice we advocate for change on common social, economic, and political challenges faced by ethno-cultural communities..
