The Ethnocultural Council of Manitoba is a representative body composed of various Ethnocultural groups (ECGs) including both large and small, new and well-established community groups.Â
Together we seek to create a shared voice through which ethno-cultural groups can contribute to civic engagement and create an inclusive and welcoming city and province.
We are a collective voice with equal representation for immigrants, refugees, and visible minorities working to make Manitoba a welcoming and inclusive province.
As a collective community we advocate for change on common social, economic, and political challenges faced by ethno-cultural communities.
The Ethnocultural Council of Manitoba strives to empower, inspire, mobilize and support ethnocultural communities in Manitoba.
Our goal is to ensure that ethnocultural communities can fulfill their important and out-standing roles in the settlement and integration of newcomers.
