We are known as the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba (JCAM) and we are a federally registered charitable organization run by volunteers. Our mission is to nurture and sustain a community interested in Japanese and Japanese Canadian culture and heritage.  Our vision is to promote an understanding and appreciation of Japanese and Japanese Canadian culture and heritage now and for future generations through education, programs and services.
